Dugogodišnje postojanje imena privrednog subjekta „CRNAGORACOOP“ od 1973. godine na tržištu sa svojim kvalitetnim proizvodima kafa „CG“, espresso kafa „Grande“ i konditorski proizvodi, stvorili su kod poslovnog svijeta i potrošača jednog uspješnog proizvođača, koji je od osnivanja do danas pokazao izuzetnu fleksibilnost u poslovanju, uspješno prevazilazeći sve poteškoće na koje je nailazio u svim fazama svog postojanja kako one pozitivne tako i negativne.

Sve poteškoće u egzistenciji zbog nepovoljne političke i ekonomske klime na području Crne Gore ovo Preduzeće je uspješno prevazišlo, kao prvo preduzeće koje je privatizovano u Crnoj Gori i time dalo veliku podršku za daljnu svojinsku transformaciju privrede Republike Crne Gore kao i za politiku privatizacije koju je sprovodila Vlada Republike Crne Gore. S tim u vezi 21.03.1997. godine većinski vlasnik MP „Alpex“ Podgorica, vlasništvo sadašnjih vlasnika Crnagoracoop NB Danilovgrad, preuzeo je upravljanje i rukovođenje ovim Preduzećem koje je 21.03.2005. godine osnovalo Preduzeće „Crnagoracoop NB“ D.O.O. – Danilovgrad čime postaje vlasnik kompletnog paketa akcija tj. vlasnik kapitala sa učešćem 100% i na sebe preuzima sva svoja prava i obaveze.
